An “S.O.B on the side of angels” (Boston Herald Magazine) “one of our nation’s  heroes” (according to Dan Rather) and formerly “the most famous narc in  America” (so coined by New York Magazine). Taking to the front lines of the drug wars, Bob Stutman made a 25-year career as  one of America’s highest profile drug busters. As head of DEA’s largest office in  the world, New York, he became so visible; the Columbian Cartel had at one  time targeted him for assassination. Considered to be one of the nation’s top experts on drugs, Bob speaks to hundreds of medical professionals a year addressing the prescription drug  epidemic facing our country today and describes the paradigm shift from a society that abuses illegal drugs to a society that abuses pharmaceutical drugs. In addition, Bob speaks to parents and students and works with communities  throughout the country, bringing to the forefront the best research and knowledge available to empower and protect our children and our communities  from the greatest health problem in the U.S. today. Bob has been the Special Consultant on substance abuse for CBS & PBS News,  has appeared frequently on hundreds of national television shows and has been a drug consultant on a number of films. Bob was named “Man of the Year” by various police departments, including the  largest in the world. He attended John F. Kennedy School of Government at  Harvard University. He has traveled with the DEA to 73 countries and has met  and discussed drugs with First Lady Nancy Reagan and two sitting presidents;  George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. His best-selling autobiography, “Dead on Delivery” was published by Warner  Books and was the basis for a television movie entitled Mob Justice. Bob has  been named “Outstanding Speaker of the Year” by numerous medical  
associations and was recently invited to speak at MD Anderson, the highest  ranked hospital for cancer care in the nation. He has been selected to be the  featured speaker for the Drug Enforcement Administration Educational Foundation, the charitable organization of the DEA, educating the public about  the consequences of drug abuse in our society.
