Jose F. Arrascue, MD, is a highly respected board-certified nephrologist.  He has published peer-reviewed articles in Kidney International and The American Journal of Physiology, among others. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Nephrology. He has also been recognized as a Certified Physician Executive from the American College of Physician Executives.

Partnering with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, he is spearheading the Triple Aim movement to improve the quality and value of health care in Palm Beach County. Presently he is leading a training program for Community Health Care workers, to improve outcomes and cost in patients with chronic disease. Dr Arrascue is the chair of the Specialist committee and board member of the Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, (PBACO) one of the most successful Physician own ACO’s in the country.Dr. Arrascue has been active in organized medicine and serves his fellow physicians through leadership roles in the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, the Palm Beach County Medical Society, and the Florida Society of Nephrology.

Dr. Miro received his medical degree from the University of Brussels and will receive his MHA in December of 2016 from Florida Atlantic University after graduation he will become a member of the faculty at the university. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut and served his last year a chief resident. Dr. Miro is a Diplomate in the American College Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintained his status as a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology during his years in practice. Dr. Miro has been a significant contributor to the Care Coordination Program Development.
